This course is to provide discussion and appropriate fitness exercises for older adults to maintain or improve their health and wellness. The appropriate fitness exercises are focused on muscle strengthening, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, balance, and mobility. Also, principles of basic anatomy and physiology will be discussed through lectures.

VIRTUAL HYBRID: REMOTE LIVE AND ONLINEPart of this class is on Zoom. Part of this class takes place online. This class has a set class time where students will meet with their instructor and classmate. In addition, students are assigned learning activities to complete online using Canvas, an online learning platform. |
